[Nill doesn't try to say anything in her own defense; nor does she try to stop Lisbeth, or to follow after her. She lets her go without another word, because that seems like the kindest possible thing she can do for Lisbeth after this awful thing that she's done to her.
After Lisbeth is out the door, Nill's shoulders slump, and she brings her hands up to cover her face, exhaling slowly and shakily. She wants to go home. She wants to make sure Yosuke isn't doing something stupid, or that Dave is still around, or talk with Gilbert. She wants to go back to cleaning and making sure Lisbeth and Jesse eat decent meals. For the first time in years when Nill longs for a place it isn't a cramped apartment in a dying city, and the thought alone is enough to make her want to cry.
She doesn't, though. Nill waits for a few minutes before forcing herself to stand, and leaving the small cafe as well.]
