[Nill's a good sport about the whole thing, and she stays nice and still while Lisbeth does it for her. Once she thinks it's done, she carefully lifts a hand to touch one of the earrings, without jarring the ear too much.]
Keep it clean. Don't touch your ears unless you have to and always wash your hands before you do. To clean it, I'd say use some kind of sea salt solution until you're able to go somewhere where you can get the solution techs use.
Let me know if it starts to not feel right. It might be infected and then we'll have to take it out.
